USE OUR EASY PAYMENT PLANS
You can choose an extended payment plan or you can give yourself the option of paying no interest at all with our Unicorn 12 & 18 Months No Interest Payment Plan. Either way, you can finance up to $12,000 on a revolving line of credit with a low minimum monthly payment due each month until the account balance is paid off.
PLAN BENEFITS
- No down payments is required, so you can finance up to 100% of your treatment and proceed today
- No application fee or prepayment penalty.
- Once approved, your credit line can be used for you and your household members. More than one procedure can be financed as long as your credit remains acceptable and you do not exceed your approved credit line.
- Your Union account is a separate credit line for health care expenses that keeps your other credit available for personal use.
- Unicorn is accepted at participating providers; including dental, orthodontic, vision correction, hair restoration and cosmetic surgery
12 & 18 MONTHS NO INTEREST
No interest will be charged provided the minimum monthly payment is made on-time every month and the promotional balance is paid in full by the end of the promotional period. If such payments are not made, accrued finance charges will be imposed from the purchase date.
